Why our cups?

Every year we supply more than 100 million cups in many volumes, from 100 ml to 500 ml.

MADE IN EU

Made of special cardboard from Finland, from certified forests. The safety of the packaging is based on migration certificates of the National Institute of Public Health.

RAW MATERIALS FROM FINLAND

The cups are made of cardboard specially developed in Finland for the packaging of all dairy products (baby creams, sour creams, yoghurts, cheeses, etc.)

100ml, 150ml, 200ml, 210ml, 300ml, 400ml, 450ml, 500ml. Standardized diameters for industrial filling machines.

LESS PLASTICS

The paper dairy cup contains 10 times less plastic than a conventional PP cup with comparable properties.

Frozen food, ice creams, nuts, confectionery, marmalades, mustard and others can also be filled into cups.

SAFE PACKAGING

Our cups can not crack in your shopping bag, even when it falls to the floor. Children can not cut to the edge of the cup. You can lick our paper yoghurt lid.

Ecology

Our cups contain 10x less plastic than ordinary plastic packaging. Paper cups are made out of renewable materials, certified wood from Finnish forests which are regularly renewed. All our input materials are made in EU, we do not transport materials from the other side of the planet. PAP/PE cups are recyclable or can be used as a quality energy source.

Unbreakable

Our packaging is safe from several points of view. First of all its safe for children -paper cups does not have sharpen tiles, so the child can not be harmed by a cut. Paper cups also does not break when it hits the ground. Yoghurt packed in our cups does not break in your shopping bag like as PP or PS cups.

Safe for kids

Our cups and lids have a migration certificate from the National Institute of Public Health for use in the food industry. Dairy cups contain only a 10% HDPE barrier layer, which is considered as safer plastic than PP. Our paper lid does not contain any varnish as the alu lids, so you can comfortably lick it easily. You don't have to worry about your child safety as aluminum lid or plastic cup has a sharp edges.

Special edge protection

The special edge protection for the paper cup ensures comparable properties to an ordinary plastic cup.

Volume

We made several cup sizes for plenty of applications. The volumes are - 100, 150, 200, 210, 300, 350, 400, 450 and 500 ml for yoghurts and ice creams. 160, 250, 330 and 500ml for beverage cups. Haven't you found the lid or cup size you need? Contact us and we will definitely find a solution.

Certification

Our products are made of the highest quality materials, all our suppliers are proven and have their production in the EU. All our cups are also food safe of course. Approved for use in the food industry and have been certified by the National Institute of Public Health. Our company is certified according to the latest quality standard ISO9001: 2016

Sealable paper lids

Our welding lids are made of special cardboard from Finland. They are lightweight, environmentally friendly, allowing excellent printing. They can be welded to our paper cups, but also to plastic PP. They are suitable for packing all types of food.

FACTS ABOUT OUR COMPANY

SINCE 1992

We started production of paper cups and lids in 1992, in the premises of the former Olšanské papírny. Thus we continued the tradition of the paper industry in Rožnov p.R., which dates since 1664.

ALL IN ONE PRODUCTION

We have all our production under our own roof. This ensures control over the entire production process and guarantee the quality of our products. Our machinery is made in the EU. Quality, reliability and fast delivery are our standards.

OFSET AND FLEXO PRINT

We have an ofset and flexo graphic printing machines from German production. By operating our own printers, we can guarantee the use of inks suitable for the food industry and the quality of printing according to customer specifications.

ISO 9001 AND FSC

Our packaging complies with all national and EU food contact regulations. We issue our statements based on our health certificates from the Health Office. We are also ISO9001: 2016 and FSC certified.

MORE THAN 100 MILLION PER YEAR

Our customers are stallers, farmers, schools, small businesses, large-scale food producers. Together we produce over 100 million cups and lids a year, making us one of the most important cup manufacturers in the region.

Not only our machines, but also the material from which we produce, originates and was manufactured in the EU. High quality cartons comes from Finland, as well as inks are of local production.

FAQ

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Standard 1-4 weeks, according to current production plan. The delivery time is calculated from the customer's approval of the print materials.

WHO WILL MAKE MY GRAPHIC DESIGN

We will provide the help of our graphic studio.

MINIMUM QUANTITY CUPS

WHAT ARE THE CUPS MADE OUT FROM?

Cups for dairy products and ice cream are made of Dairy material, it is a special cardboard coated with PE on both sides. As a standard, the beverage cups are coated with PE only from the inside.

HOW CAN I RECYCLE THE CUP?

The cups can be placed in a container for beverage cartons or mixed waste. Cups are generally out of 90% paper, thus adding energy value for incineration plants to mixed waste. The GreenCup cups can be put into the waste paper containers (blue container).

COVER LIDS

We can provide transparent plastic cover lids or pure paper lids with print. We make our own 2go lids for coffee cups.

HOW CAN I CLOSE THE YOGHURT CUP

Either our paper lid, at a temperature of about 160 °C, if you do not have a welding machine, we will contact the manufacturer (even for minifarms). Alternatively, you can use a standard ALU lid, but it must have KOEX lacquer to weld well.

WHAT ARE THE PRICES FOR PRINTING

Note: when printing graphics again, we archive all printing plates for 5 years. New printing plates are only charged when graphics are changed.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS

We have our own trucks. Small packages are shipped via PPL or DPD, or you can pick up the cups yourself (EXW)

ITS POSSIBLE TO MAKE ANOTHER CUP VOLUME THAN IS STATED

So there is a possibility, but you have to pay for the investment in new parts.
